Transparent Winner Announcements
Pursuit of Blue aims to operate fair and transparent competitions.
After each competition has closed and the draw has taken place, we may publish winner information on the website, our social media pages, email updates or other official channels.
What We May Publish
To show that a valid award has taken place, we may publish information such as:
- winner’s first name or surname;
- county or general location;
- prize won;
- competition name;
- winning entry number;
- draw date;
- photo or video, where permission has been given.
We will not publish unnecessary personal information such as full address, full date of birth, bank details or identity documents.
Draw Results Page
Completed competitions may be shown on a Winners, Results or Draw Results page.
This page may include previous winners, prize details, draw dates and competition outcomes.
This helps entrants check completed draws and helps maintain transparency.
Entry Lists
For some competitions, Pursuit of Blue may publish or display entry lists before or during the draw.
Entry lists may include entrant names and entry numbers.
If you do not want your name displayed publicly on an entry list, you should contact us as soon as possible and at least 48 hours before the draw, where possible.
Live Draws and Recordings
Some draws may be shown live or recorded.
Live draws may appear on the Pursuit of Blue website, social media pages or video platforms.
Recordings may be kept and shared for transparency, marketing and record-keeping purposes.
Objecting to Publication
If you win and object to your surname, county, image or winning entry being published, you should contact us as soon as possible.
We will consider reasonable objections.
However, we may still be required to provide winner information to regulators, advertising bodies, payment providers or other lawful authorities where required.
Winner Verification Before Publication
Pursuit of Blue may delay publishing winner information until verification checks have been completed.
If a selected winner fails verification, cannot be contacted or is disqualified, another winner may be selected in accordance with the Competition Terms and Conditions.
