This may include email, telephone or any other contact method provided by the winner.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to make sure that their contact details are accurate and kept up to date.
Claim Period
Winners must respond and claim their prize within the timeframe stated in the relevant Competition Terms and Conditions or on the competition page.
Unless stated otherwise, winners may be required to claim their prize within 14 days of being contacted.

Prize delivery arrangements will depend on the type of prize.
Smaller prizes may be delivered by courier or post.
Larger or specialist prizes, such as boats, trailers or heavy equipment, may require collection, arranged delivery, supplier handover or additional verification.
Delivery details will be confirmed with the winner after verification has been completed.

For large items, remote locations, special delivery, re-delivery, collection, installation or transport, additional arrangements may be required.
Any delivery or collection responsibility should be clearly stated on the relevant competition page.

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, Pursuit of Blue may offer a suitable alternative prize of equal or greater value, or a cash alternative where this is stated in the competition terms.
Prize substitutions will be handled in line with the Competition Terms and Conditions.

Where a cash alternative is available, this will be shown on the relevant competition page.
Cash prizes or cash alternatives will only be paid to a UK bank account in the winner’s own name or a joint account where the winner is one of the named account holders.
We may require proof of bank account ownership before making payment.
